They cancelled our reservation same day, just hours before check in because they 'double booked' us. The only "solution" offered was a room at a different hotel in an entirely different city...

Excellent customer service, thanks Nicole and Zach. This place is right in front of the beach, everything is walking distance. The hotel and room were very clean. We'll be back. Thank you.
