When we had an OUTAGE today in Ventura County , Oxnard, they mentioned Winds. NOT TRUE We have NOT had high winds for at least 1-1/2 weeks. There is ALWAYS THE BLAME game.

The automated system SCE has is TERRIBLE. They make it almost impossible to talk to an actual person. It's really frustrating when you need to take care of something!
