Staff lacks training. Its a group effort, kay? They dont follow through on medical records, they let a woman with a lap dog use the examination area. Wait times to be seen? Terrible.

Took over 2 hours for a basic prescription check. Waiting room for 30 minutes, then after basic history review another 30 minutes before optometrist came in.
