SWAV was started by Jim Diez and Bill Kauzlarich in response to Southern California customers requesting personalized service. While serving as lead technicians for one of California's leading home theater retailers, they realized that there was a need for a company who could cater to the custom theater market by paying close attention to detail and providing first rate customer service. These principles not only founded the company, but guide Southwest Audio Visual to strive to be the leading custom integrators in the region by treating every job as a unique opportunity for customer satisfaction.
