Starbucks

Usually pretty good. I didn't realize it until I got to work but I paid for a Venti and got a Tall in a Venti cup. I really needed that Venti.! I hope it was just a one off.

They took forever to give me my order. When they gave me my Frappuccino it tasted like they didn't even try. Tasted like black coffee. Very upset, wanted a treat before work.

Been here many times, both as walk in and as drive thru. And yes even during holiday seasons when the holiday season flavors are at a high request. I've never had such poor service here before....
