As you can see I ordered an iced drink I was so excited to get my drink then instead of ice they gave me HOT it's 80 degrees outside I did not want a hot drink I'm so bummed out never again not...

I don't understand why is it so hard to shake the matcha well enough to dissolve the matcha powder seriously, like why make it horrible for no reason it takes less than a minute to shake it well...
