Waited over 10 minutes for my cold brew. Have no problem having to wait but no one bother to ask what order I was waiting for. So then need work on their customer service.

Thanks to a broken lid the Trenta cold brew became a tall after it dumped all over the car. With all of the problems me and my coworkers have had at this location I am done!
