i came here for a hot chocolate and it was nice! the people working here are nice, and the seating is comfortable. i recommend it if you need a place away from home to sit for a while

Service seriously needs to be worked on. Will go out of the way to avoid this Starbucks (and Slatten Ranch). Tried too many times, different times of day, no improvement.

What could be improved? The coffee flavor needs to be more prominent in all drinks. This particular store consistently has the worst drinks; they all taste like milk with sugar. I regret ordering...
