This place is so poorly maintained. Most of the time the escalators don't work, which is why I seldom go to Michael's. The parking needs to be redesigned. Lots of wasted space.

Good selection of store but NO SIGNAGE! The exit was block and detour signs have you going in circles. No management phine number anywhere to let them know! Good luck in an earthquake!
