Asked on kiosks for sandwiches toasted...not toasted. Hated that we had to order on kiosks. Everyone after us got their sandwiches.

One of the rudest experiences in my life. The person making my sandwich was simply just not happy being there and we could all feel it. I had seen an email for a $6.99 Footlong in my email box....
Subway use to be fast but now that they have the kiosks it's slowed everything down. they refuse to take your order and send you to the kiosks. waited 15 min for my sandwich with only ONE person...
Wow horrible service. Walked in and was "greeted" by a young man who told us we couldn't order with him. He said we had to order at the kiosks. Not the nicest tone. The reason we wanted to order...
The owners/management need to rethink their strategy. Having 1 employee to handle making the sandwiches for walk in customers, customers that order online along with restocking and checking people...
