Nice and clean, great location ... walking distance to CalPoly campus and downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Great affordable place to stay. You will hear traffic noise or neighbors walking up steps so you should bring earplugs. The room is small but the bed is comfortable enough. There's a blow dryer...
