A Superior Home Inspector will perform a thorough inspection utilizing advanced inspecting equipment. An inspection will take approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the property. The inspection report covers the condition of the home's heating and cooling system; interior plumbing and electrical systems; roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement, crawl spaces and all structural components. At Superior Home Inspections, we use equipment that is on the cutting edge of technology including infrared thermal imaging and moisture meter and gas detection. We encourage the home buyer to be present as the inspection is performed. All questions are welcome during and after the inspection. It is best for you as the home buyer to see first-hand what the inspector is seeing. Once the inspection is completed, the inspector will provide on-site details of any concerns found.
