Suva Intermediate School

Suva Intermediate School, located in Bell Gardens, Calif., is a public school that offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades five through eight. The school has an enrollment of more than 1,600 students and offers subjects, such as English, American history, mathematics, computer science, social studies, art, music, and health and physical education. The school also operates the Suva Well Child Clinic on its campus that is a joint collaboration with Kaiser Permanente Hospital. It offers medical services to students and community children. The school's support personnel identify students who require services and work with teachers and families to refer them to the clinic. Additionally, doctors from Kaiser Permanente Hospital volunteer their time to the clinic. Suva Intermediate School is affiliated with the Montebello Unified School District
