Place needs quality control. Each time I've gone, my order is incomplete or is disarray. This time I'd like a corporate manager to intervene bc this is not ok.

The employees are super nice here. It's nice that they stand outside to take your order. Never had my order messed up. The grilled cheese burrito is the best.

I genuinely have no words. Hands down the BEST Taco Bell location in San Jose I don't care what anyone says.

Zero cares about customer service here. They look at you, will make direct eye contact with you and then completely ignore you. Orders are sitting waiting to be picked up and no one's calling...
