Stingy with time. More than a bit condescending; however, if you don't mind the horrible bedside manner and almost complete lack of empathy, Nguyen has a decent knowledge of medicine.

Unbelievably insensitive and rude. Refuses to fill prescription as 3 month supply which is required for my insurance. Office staff is incapable of relaying the correct information. Trying for...
