Hate pick up orders here. Takes forever! Their system sucks! You wait in line at cust serv, then they radio someone else for your order, then you wait & wait & wait & wait some more for them to...

Called 6 times to see if I left a medication on the counter (already paid for). 6 times I called and got disconnected. It's a medical emergency and I've called all the departments. No answer.
