I am not a Big Boba fan but this place is sooo good with unique flavors like Caramel with Thai walls and Strawberry Matcha - the boba is sweet n chewy - love the oatmilk option!

Good location with lots of parking. Lots of outdoor tables to sit with your dog. No lines usually so very quick. The staff here are nice
