History
The structures on this property were built by Kenneth Kitchen, a brick mason. There is much urban lore and suggested history, but little is factually known about Kenneth Kitchen or why he built the structures, nor why he left before the main building/house was finished.
Specialties
This is an historic landmark property with unique structures built back in the 1940's. No one has formally lived on the property since it was built. New owners who love the history and lore of this property, recently purchased it with the intent of restoring the majority of the historic structures and building new homes bookending the structures that will comprise their family compound.
