Established in 1984, Elderberry House is a European country-estate style restaurant that is divided into several dining areas adorned with French provincial furnishings, tapestries and oil paintings. Its menu includes dishes, such as amuse bouche, ahi tuna, tartare, grilled king oyster mushrooms, white truffle foam, pan seared monkfish fillet, lobster-eggplant risotto, Swiss chard-lemon grass nage, sour cream-fennel soup and vodka-beet sauce, tobiko caviar. It is a part of the Chateau du Sureau Hotel. Its facility includes walking paths, fountains, a swimming pool, a bocce court and a life-size chess set. The restaurant offers a complete wine collection of more than 750 Austrian wines.
