Our Business We have been providing pest control services in the San Joaquin Valley since 1935. We are a small family owned Corporation. Many Larger companies have offered to purchase our company however it has been our experience that larger companies loose the personal touch. They are more interested in production than customer satisfaction. Your licensed technician is Paramount Pest Control to you and he is your first line of defense for the protection of your home. Please ask for you technician when you call for additional services. Your service technician is licensed by the state of California's Structural Pest Control Board. Before a Technician can be hired he must pass a live scan finger printing with the Department of Justice and the Federal bureau of Investigation. If he passes this he may then be trained in the proper use of pesticides and equipment. After he passes an applicator exam he may begin supervised work once he has sufficient training he may apply to take the Structural Pest Control test in Sacramento. Upon passing this lengthy test he will be issued a license. In order to maintain this license all technicians are required by law to complete ongoing instructions and training in the following areas. 8 hours in rules and regulations, 4 hours in technical training, 2 hours general training and 2 hours in IPM management. Being a State Licensed pest control technician is a life long training program and our technicians are constantly being trained.
