The promenade is a gorgeous landscaped park with beautiful artistic paintings on the wall and filled with a great restaurants. It wasnt any event going on then it wasnt busy the way that it was...

The promenade is very cute and cool. Great restaurants and walkable. Homelessness is the major issue. The last time I was there someone was having a mental episode. So, not safe at all.
