This is one of my favorite places to hang out during the summer. Usually there's not a lot of people either cuz their busy studying for summer classes, or because it is tooooo hot. Today im lucky...

The good news is that the planned renovation includes adding a sand volleyball court as my family is big into beach volleyball. Bad news, we are not happy they are making the space for swimming...

COLD showers at very low pressures (have pointed this out multiple times), extremely crowded lap lanes than hickey pool ever was, less lap lanes than hickey and also not standard 25 yard lanes....

I love the Rec Pool; the staff is top-notch. I agree with Deb, that an overhaul would be awesome, but even without a make-over I will continue to take my kids there, and have a blast, all summer...
