Located inside Nob Hill. There was a sign that said be back at 5:25pm. Waited a few mins and right on time, employee opened the gate at 5:25pm Did Amazon return. Very friendly, very clean.

Darwin is exceptionally helpful, courteous! Contrary to the other UPS store on Castro, Darwin saved me from giving up on UPS store all together! What breathe of fresh air!!!
