The girl could not scan the barcode on my package, did not offer to enter it manually and wanted $2.00 to print out a new label (every other UPS is .50 cents.) This is the worst UPS. If you need...

Package was scanned to another person, but claimed it was me. Identification doesn't mean a thing here, since They can just give your package to another person without verifying your identity....
