Best chinese food in Hollister! Especially their chow mein but please tell me if this is discoloration, overcooked or mold in my ordered chow mein? I see it almost all over the noodle strands.

We had chicken Marsala and cheese steak it was excellent. Service was great and friendly. Drink were great. Would definitely go back.
