History

Christina Carr, a graduate of the Sebastopol Massage Center and the Institute of Conscious Bodywork, has been studying both eastern and western bodywork styles and yoga therapies for over ten years. Drawing on her intuition and a range of healing modalities - Swedish Esalen, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, acupressure, Reiki and aromatherapy - Christina creates a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience. One of her special areas of expertise is trigger point therapy, which she uses to treat chronic pain and restricted range of motion issues. This highly effective method often brings instant pain relief and healing to those who suffer from myofascial pain syndrome in their hips, lower back, neck and shoulders.
