Toni Serrano

History

In her childhood, Toni faced sexual & psychological abuse. She dealt daily with Transgenerational Trauma. Sports & School were her safe haven & outlet. Like many teens, Toni struggled with her mental health, bullying, body positivity & home environment. These events caused depression, anxiety, an eating disorder, and engaging in reckless behaviors. She found the source of her pain, was constant instability in her home environment: feeling unloved & ashamed for being sad. She felt a burden to her family & unsafe to express her true Self. Toni wished there would've been a mentor to step in & see the warning signs. She wished for greater accessibility to diverse services such as Meditation, Yoga & Reiki. Later in life, when Toni became a mother, she realized her duty in life was to fill this need. Toni dedicates her time to prepare kids for life & provide guidance to those after a spiritual awakening.
