Trojak-Knier Winery

Trojak Knier Winery, established in 1993 by friends Jim Knier and Eric Trojak, began as a home winemaking project in Montara, California. Starting with Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon, the winery has since expanded its repertoire to include Sangiovese, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, all crafted with a hand-crafted, non-interventionist philosophy.

In 2009, Trojak Knier Winery transitioned to commercial production and has maintained a case output of approximately 350 cases per year. The winery prides itself on using great grapes and traditional methods, ensuring that their wines reflect the true essence of the vineyard.
