JACKBILT INC Jackbilt Inc was founded in 1947 in Burbank, California by Jack Howard. Sixty years later, the company is still owned and managed by the Howard family. Today Jackbilt Inc continues to grow and broaden its real estate portfolio throughout California, Oregon, Utah, Tennessee, and Hawaii. In 2004, Jackbilt SB, Inc. and Jackbilt LA, Inc were formed. Cyndee Howard opened a new management office in Santa Barbara and Brad Howard continues to manage the Los Angeles office. Brad_Howard is a 3rd generation Realtor. He started working with his Father, at an early age, in the development and management of lease properties. In 1977 he opened his own Company, Classic Properties. Brad is a native of Southern California, and has been based in Burbank, and Toluca Lake all of his life. Brad is on the Board of Directors of Providence Saint Joseph's Medical Center Foundation, an active member of Lakeside Golf Club, and a member of Yellowstone Club.. Cyndee_Howard, a 3rd generation Realtor, is a native of Los Angeles, and has been located in the Santa Barbara area since 1966. As a young girl she also began working in her father's business in the office management and accounting departments. She continued to work with her father's company by commuting and using computer access ( in the mid 1980's ) in the accounting and She has also been involved in the leasing, renovation, and management work for the company. She began her own Company in Santa Barbara, Classic Properties in 1979, where she was active in local Real Estate as President of the Board Of Realtors in 1990, and as a Director in leadership roles for the California Association of Realtors, for approximately 10 years. She operates the Santa Barbara based office with her son, Todd Eliassen, who is also a Realtor. Her passions include philanthropic work, photography, and contemporary art. She is also curating a web site of mid century life in Hollywood .
