Oh yea, of course Parking at college will get 0 Stars. Here's the deal. Parking at UCLA is expensive per year/quarter, but it is honestly one of the best Parking Experiences I have ever had....

There should be an option for 0 stars. The way UCLA price gauges people for parking, even sick people who need to get to appointments should be criminal.
