Boba is soft and fresh. Plenty of seating. Little to no customer service. You do your ordering at a kiosk, so when it asks for a tip, you wonder who/what you're tipping for. I ordered a lychee...

Wasn't a huge fan. Got the Hong Kong milk tea with the sweetness toned down to try and get some of the tea notes. Unfortunately the drink was not very creamy and also did not have much tea flavor....

The flavours are super fun here, really unique combinations! I really like the creme brulee and mochi toppings. Besides this, the drinks themselves are mostly average.
