Anything to do with helping the customer is non existent here. At the front office is only one lady helping and she doesn't understand anything besides English and I can't even understand anything...

Worst ever! Each time i come here. Its always bad. Theyre soooo slow!!!! Nobody is ever attending the front counter. And they have a bell for service which i rang and nobody still came out! But...
