Valle Verde Children's Center

Valle Verde Elementary School offers education to students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Its academic curriculum includes language arts, reading, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education, and vocal and instrumental music. The school also has a parent-teacher association that organizes several activities, such as carnivals, art shows and fundraising events. Its facilities include a library and more than 20 classrooms. The school is a part of the Mount Diablo Unified School District. The district provides classes in various computer skills that include keyboarding, word processing and Web page designing. Valle Verde Elementary School has an enrollment of more than 500 students and is located in Walnut Creek, Calif.
