Least helpful Verizon store I have been to in years. Not a real Verizon store, can't help you return phones, deal with the company, and the employees can't wait to tell you how useless they are....

Always have a great experience here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A big shout out to Wendy and Cam who took care of multiple family members with upgrades and service changes!

Really awful customer service, do not go here! There is only one man at the store and he barely talks to you or try to help you. He doesn't explain anything and in the end you get ripped off
