Stay away! Consistently had issues with the appliances. A lot of roaches throughout the complex. Air conditioning very old and doesn't work very well. They put huge stickers on people's car...

Horrible place to live. I locked myself out of the apartment one day and they were going to charge me $50 just to go borrow a key to unlock it. They do not care about the tenants or their well...

Horrible place to live. Not a friendly staff. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. There is nicer apartments in Madera. Good luck!

Considering that these are basic apartments, everyone out here act like snobs. Rude and disrespectful neighbors.
