The medicine prepare speed is too slow. They promise you medicine will be ready in 15 minutes, but I waited for 30 minutes or more. The only response I get from them is "Almost ready"

We stayed at Marine Memorial Club and needed a prescription filled. No problem. The friendly pharmacist was very helpful. This business is well situated in downtown San Francisco.

Bad customer service. Some workers will ignore you and will take a while until they notice you. Good job
