The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC ) recently instituted more stringent testing and labeling requirements, known as the CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 ), for makers of children's games and toys. We are pleased to announce that MerryMakers products already meet these new safety requirements and will still be deemed Safe For All Ages under the new regulations. (Note, as always, the hangtag must be removed before presenting to children under age 3. )
