History

As a skinney kid growing up I began working out when I was 13. My motivation came from years of getting picked on for my small size. Exercise changed my life forever. I went on to win 8 bodybuilding titles, graduate with a B.S. in Sports & Fitness Management, and intern for the UCSD department of Orthopedics. WellStrong is the product of my vision for fitness. All fitness levels are welcome and everyone knows you by your first name. Welcome to WellStrong Fitness.

WellStrong is a by-appointment fitness training boutique. Fitness programs are unique and focus on specific client goals and physical limitations. Endorsements from physicians, neurologists, and physical therapists ensure client's they are under professional instruction during every workout.
