I've been a customer of West County Water, owned by Billy and his family, for over 24 years. Billy has handled everything for my water system, from repairs to several key upgrades over the years....

called for 3 weeks. they dont answer the phone and their voicemailbox is full. Basically totally unavailable. Drove out to their purported location and they are no longer there.

Billy's a great guy -- brilliant, thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately whoever is running the office refuses to answer phone calls or emails, so we're left finding a new company to service a system...

Billy did all the right things. He returned our call, showed up when he said he would show up, and stayed as long as it took to get our water flowing again. Definitely easy to recommend him and...

Billy is careful and conscientious. Had the job done by the time other businesses were just getting around to returning their phone messages.
