I rented for 5 years the amenities you are charged for never work pool is always closed hot tub never hot! Never can find a manager the phone calls never get answered lots of people living in one...

I moved into these apartments and initially loved them! Upon moving out, there were too many discrepancies with move out charges. We got charged for utilities twice and lost all of our $500...

No good too expensive plus they act like its a luxury to live there when its not its like any other run down apartment complex here in oxnard california what do you expect
