I come because this is the closest location but the employees are not good here. Every winter season they hire people that are so slow and so not helpful! I like Williams - Sonoma but it's better...

There's only three W&S locations in the bay and if you're expecting a well lit and organized show room for high end kitchenware with good customer service, Hillsdale W&S is not the store to go to....
