It's closed very often and poorly maintained. If tax payer money is going to this place "to maintain it" and it's usually closed for maintenance I'd pull the plug on this venture.

I like walking around this park. This park has picnic tables and bbqs. Also restrooms. Great for parties in the park. Tons of parking as well! Nice playground for the kiddos. I usually walk...
