Giving this place the benefit of the doubt. We ordered for pick up on a Saturday night and the app stated the food would be ready in 15 mins.. we basically had to wait an additional 30-45 mins...

They consistently forgetting some of the items in the orders. They never pick up the phone If you try to call them to complain, or to get a refund for your missing items. I've waited 25 minutes...

I waited for ten minutes to at least be acknowledged while waiting just to inform one of the employees I had an order pickup. They all literally (all Latinos) just looked at me and didn't say one...

1. The sweet tea button on their tea machine gives out raspberry instead of original sweet tea. Which is awful if you are one of those people like me who think raspberry tea tastes like medicine....
