Placed order @7pm to pick up for 9pm. Upon picking up, was told I had "8 tickets before me"?! I just think it's a little crazy I placed an order 2 hours in advance and it still wasn't ready.

I placed an order on the app went to pick it up waited over 20 minutes after the estimated time of pick up. Once my name was called, they asked for my ID. I don't carry my ID and I was on an Uber...

Sooooo rude. Made sure I knew I arrived too early for my online order. They just keep putting orders on shelf and are unapproachable to ask if that's your order on shelf
