History

WoodSpoon is my first restaurant. I prepare the food that I know best with a touch of sophistication, creativity and a welcoming atmosphere with a bright, calm, simple and joyful vibe. Ingredients are from the local farmer's markets where I go twice a day everyday to choose the very best. The lamb and proteins are free range. Ingredients and spices not available in the US are flown from Brazil.
