Very responsive. Took great care of our two larger dogs who were in desperate need of grooming. They were returned smelling great and happy to be clean (at least we were!).

YOT Pet Luxuries is awesome I had my second treatment with them on clipping my cat claws and all three of my cats were much better with Tiffany and she is wonderful with my cats I would recommend...
