The company's production of Coldweld, Glass, Resistance weld, and Solder seal enclosures is buttressed by advanced production techniques specially developed by Colorado Crystal Corporation. Special attention to in-line processing, such as UV-ozone cleaning, precision polishing and cryogenic vacuum metal deposition, insures the quality resonator necessary for critical applications which include low aging, low-phase noise, spur control for spectrum analyzer and filter applications, and motional parameter controls. The latest test methods are employed, utilizing computer testing in which all vital characteristics of the resonator are measured. CCC has had production capability for producing high performance SC ( Stress Compensated ) cut resonators since 1980.
