I had an issue with credit card I contacted Bank of America and after a short conversation was told I needed to have a cell phone in order to authenticate but I do not have my cell phone at work....

Went in to process a wire transfer for a home purchase. Was asked what I was there for then asked if I had an appointment. I find it ridiculous that I had to make an appointment to get help....

So slow. Takes forever. So many non English speaking customers that every transaction is a long drawn out affair. It's terrible. Takes 20-30 minutes just to make a simple deposit and withdrawal...
