Betula Aspen is the latest collaboration between chef Laurent Cantineaux and architect and restaurateur Juan Carlos Pérez Febres, co-owners of Bonito, a restaurant in the French West Indies Island of St. Barth. Betula offers Laurent's innovative French Pan-American cuisine, which combines French techniques with his experience cooking in the Americas for more than twenty years.

Fantastic cuisine, great atmosphere and terrific service. We had some amazing seafood and wouldnt hesitate to return.
