Arrived at 6:05 for 6:15 appt and had to stand in line 35 minutes. Why no chairs or benches? Would much prefer to answer questions on an app.

Please don't put people on beds/chairs if they have to wait 30 minutes to begin donating. I've been here 27 minutes, on a bed, they came and apologized for the wait, put the blood pressure cuff on...

I just completed a donation at BioLife's Colorado Springs location, and it took 2:55. When I first started donating, there were sufficient employees that I could complete the entire donation...
